How it works
Invite a teammate in a minute.
Log in to your member dashboard, click your avatar in the top-right corner, and choose Team & Workspaces.
Enter their email
Send a private invitation. It stays open for 30 days.
Pick their apps
Choose Scale.gg apps, Groove apps, or both.
They sign in
They use their own account, or set one up if they’re new.
Adjust any time
Update apps, suspend, restore, or remove from their member card.

What teammates can do
Real work in the apps you grant.
Teammates create and edit pages, emails, courses, campaigns, designs, and support content in the apps you choose. They can’t invite, suspend, or remove other people.
What stays with you

Team questions
Does each teammate need their own paid plan?
No. The workspace owner needs Pro Max. Teammates join your workspace as guests. See Pro Max pricing.
How many people can I invite?
One owner plus up to 15 members. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, revoked, or expires after 30 days.
Can a teammate see my billing or card?
No. Billing and every other owner-only control stay outside member access.
Can I give someone access to just one app?
Yes. Select only the app they need. You can add or remove apps later.
Does removing someone delete their work?
No. Removing a member ends their access. Everything they built stays in your workspace.
Can one person belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. They switch between their own workspace and the workspaces they’ve joined, and the active one is always shown.
What happens if my Pro Max access pauses?
Your team’s access pauses too. Memberships, app choices, and your data are kept, and your team comes back with the same access when Pro Max is restored.
Is GrooveKart included?
No. GrooveKart is not part of Team & Workspaces.
