Agency Sub-Accounts are an upgrade for Pro Max members. You buy the agency plan inside your member dashboard, and it does not add a second Pro Max charge.
Start with Pro Max
Your agency needs an active Pro Max subscription. It powers your own business, too.
Upgrade inside
Open the avatar menu, choose Team & Workspaces, then select Upgrade to Agency.
Create workspaces
Add a workspace for each client and invite the client and your staff.
Assign the right level
Put each client on Agency Pro or Pro Plus, and give admins the clients they run.

Pay less per client as you grow.
A direct Scale.gg Pro subscription is $95 a month. On an agency plan, each client workspace costs you $50, $40, or $30 a month. Agency plans are billed monthly on top of your Pro Max subscription.

Every client workspace starts on Agency Pro. You choose which clients get Pro Plus, up to 20% of your plan: 2, 5, or 10 workspaces. A paused client still holds its seat and slot until you reassign them.

Agency questions
Do I need Pro Max first?
Yes. Agency Sub-Accounts are an upgrade for Pro Max members. The agency plan does not add a second Pro Max charge. See Pro Max pricing.
Do my clients pay Scale.gg?
No. You manage the relationship and bill your clients directly for your agency service. Scale.gg bills your agency for its plan.
Can my clients see each other?
No. Each client has its own workspace. Managing several clients never combines their data, settings, or people.
Can I give every client Pro Plus?
No. Pro Plus is limited to 20% of your plan: 2, 5, or 10 workspaces. You can move a Pro Plus slot to a different client at any time.
What does Pro Plus include?
Pro Plus adds SuperPowers and agent-native app access, including the Mike Filsaime Expert. It does not include the Mastermind, the Skills Hub, WhatsApp or community access, bonus apps, or other Pro Max member material.
Can a staff member be an admin?
Yes. You can make someone an admin for specific client workspaces. Admins can run those clients, but they cannot transfer ownership, lock you out, or change your credentials.
Can a client leave my agency?
Yes. The client buys their own Scale.gg subscription, starts the transfer, and gives you a six-digit code. You confirm, and the transfer completes. Their workspace and data stay in place, and the seat comes back to you.
What if my agency payment fails?
Your clients keep working through a 30-day grace period. After that, agency management is paused and clients get a shared 30-day window to buy directly with their account email. Client data is kept throughout, and your Scale.gg affiliate earnings stay accessible.
Is every app available in client workspaces?
Client workspaces receive the apps in the Agency Pro bundle. Apps join agency workspaces as each one is certified for agency access and pause controls.
How do I buy an agency plan?
Log in to your member dashboard, open the avatar menu in the top-right corner, choose Team & Workspaces, and select Upgrade to Agency.
