Made outside Scale
Outside developers and agencies build plugins. Each one is hosted by its developer. Scale never runs the developer’s code.
The Scale Plugin Store is where you will find plugins: add-ons built by outside developers and agencies that work inside the Scale.gg apps you already use. You see what a plugin can do before you install it, and you can remove it at any time.
The store is in preview. No plugins are listed yet, and developers can start building today.

An app is MailBaser, PageBuilder, Courses.gg and the rest. A plugin is something a developer builds to add to those apps. You pick the plugins you want. Your apps stay the same for everyone else.
Outside developers and agencies build plugins. Each one is hosted by its developer. Scale never runs the developer’s code.
The workspace owner installs a plugin and approves what it can do. Nothing is added to your workspace without that approval.
Plugins reach your apps through one Scale API, so one plugin can work with more than one app.
Every plugin does some mix of these four things. The listing tells you which, in plain sentences, before you install.
Read parts of an app you approve, such as contacts or reports.
Create and edit things that do not reach your customers, such as drafts.
Ask to do something that matters, such as sending a broadcast. A person approves it first.
Show its own screen inside an app, and respond when things happen in your workspace.
Across these apps there are 253 actions and 106 events a plugin can use.
Installing a plugin is one decision made by the workspace owner, with everything the plugin can do written out first.
Search the store by category or by app, then open the plugin’s page.
Read the plain-language list of what the plugin will be able to do.
The owner approves the whole list, or cancels. Nothing is installed until then.
Remove the plugin whenever you like. Its access ends at once.
A plugin can only do what is on the list you approved. Permissions come in four levels, and the one that needs the most trust is the hardest to miss.
Each plugin has its own page in the store. You can judge a plugin from what it shows and from what other workspaces say about it.
See what the plugin looks like before you install it.
Reviews come from workspaces that installed the plugin.
Read what other members asked, and ask your own question.

Open the developer’s profile to see who built the plugin.
Browse featured plugins and collections, or search by category and by app.
Plugins can be free or paid. The developer sets the price, and the listing shows it before you install.
Private plugins, built for a developer’s own team, an agency’s clients, or people they invite, are not reviewed and are not listed in the store.
The platform is built. The store does not have plugins listed yet, and developers are building the first ones now. You can open the store today to see how it works.
No plugins are listed yet. Developers can sign up and start building, and the developer docs are open to read.

The workspace owner. The owner reads a plain-language list of permissions first, then approves the whole list or cancels.
Only if the owner allowed it. Actions that reach your customers wait inside the app for a person to approve each one. A plugin that asks to act without asking is shown with a warning before you install it.
No. A plugin runs on its developer's own servers. Scale never runs the developer's code. Public plugins are reviewed by the Scale team before they are listed.
Its access to your workspace ends at once. An owner can uninstall a plugin at any time.
Plugins can be free or paid. When a plugin is paid, you buy it from its developer, who is the seller of record.
