What is ProjectBaser?

ProjectBaser is the project board for the work that follows the sale: boards, cards, a month calendar, and a Projects dashboard, with workflows that start the job when a deal is won and an AI agent that prepares card changes you approve. It runs at go.pipeleads.ai, next to PipeLeads CRM.

What changed from ProjectBaser 1.0?

ProjectBaser 2.0 was built from scratch inside PipeLeads Suite. It adds workflows, the agent, meetings booked in CalendarBug, attachments, and custom fields on cards, and it works on one board view plus a calendar and a dashboard.

Can I bring my ProjectBaser 1.0 boards?

Yes. Owners and admins can import boards, cards in order with due dates, checklists, comments with their original times, and labels. The import previews first, can resume, and a second run never duplicates a card.

Does the AI change my boards on its own?

No. The agent prepares card creates, moves, and comments as a proposal that waits for your Approve and expires after 30 minutes. Archiving a card through the agent needs an owner or admin, and workflows it drafts arrive switched off.

What starts a workflow?
